Would I recommend it? Yes


Review; I loved this short story. The ending came too soon for me though. I feel it should have been longer, but maybe that was just me enjoying the story so much. Who knows?
The characters for me were realistic. The romance was a bit too fast, but I could still believe it. The story was short, and there were only so many weeks within the story, but I still felt that enough happened. A lot happened in that short time to make it interesting, and the focus wasn't entirely on the romance or erotic aspect! I also liked the fact that there was emotions involved, a lot of romantic erotica stories are purely about the sex, but this story involved the emotion too. I would recommend this story to friends, and I'm recommending it to you all now. I really enjoyed it, and I hope you will too.

Would I recommend it? Yes


Review; If you were to ask me to choose which story I preferred I would have no answer for you. I enjoyed both. This story involved more sexual situations, but still it was all about the emotions. I feel this story didn't need to be any longer, as I felt the previous one could have. The story - due to its subject - involved a lot of emotion. I feel that the author got a lot of the emotion right, it didn't seem too played down, or too over the top! If you haven't picked up your copy of Bound Temptations yet, I suggest you do it soon!

Can it stand alone? Probably, but it'd be a pointless read

Review; Considering I've given one of the other books in this series 4.5*s I'd like to give this one 4.5+ as it was my favourite so far, but I feel as though I gave that book too high a rating because I just didn't want to give it a bad review. I hate giving bad reviews! If you haven't read the Vamp Chronicles series (so far) then this is a pointless read. If you have read it, it is still a pointless read, but it's cute. It is probably not worth the money I paid for it as it is a very short story. Though that didn't stop me from liking it!

Stars; Three and a half/Four for the overall book. One star (something which I have never given before) for the kindle edition. Chunks were missing, sentences, words, it was a little confusing, so if you are going to get this book, get it in a different format!


Would I recommend it? The book? Probably not, the story was better than the other two, it's a slow start, still. You should read the other two first, but bear in mind that I am only finishing this series because once I start a series I cannot abandon it, well most of the time.The edition? No.


Review; We dive deeper into the story and actually learn something about the prophecy! the reason I could not give this book five stars is because it still feels a little bit rushed to me. Like some things are last minute additions that don't fit correctly into the writing style, or the story itself. Loved most of the characters - as always. I'm getting a soft spot for Auggy, he's becoming one of my favourite characters.
Despite the ending, this is not the last book in the series. Though it may seem like it. The fourth book is released later this year I think. I also believe someone said there were seven all together... I'm not sure, I'll have to do my research it seems!
This is definitely not one of my favourite series, I find myself correcting unedited words in my mind, it's the occasional exciting event (there are not many) and the characters that is keeping me reading. To be frank, and not mean, I find these books slightly boring. The storyline is original, sure, but I still feel, because of the way it is written, that it is reminding me of other books. Books like Twilight. (which is mentioned far too many times throughout the series already, it's like a promotion for the series! I don't want to read another Twilight, I barely stand that story these days as it is!
Self published books always run this risk as they have not gone through an editor, or any of the other pish posh needed to polish a novel for publishing. The story is original, but not gripping. It needs to be more gripping, detailed (and I'm not talking about their outfits or the way they look, I got that already) descriptions, the events need to be written better. I'd love to give the beginning of this series so much praise, but I just can't. Sure there are good parts, but it could be better.
Now enough with the slamming! I hate slamming other people's hard work! I am sorry to say that this may be one of the only series I never finish, the ending was sufficient enough to be an official ending for me. I will probably remember this series at one point and try out the later books, but for now there is a firm On-Hold stamp on this series for me. Which is unfortunate as some other reviews I've read have praised this book so much, I guess it just wasn't for me.
The next review will be of Book 3.5 in the series. With crossed fingers (and toes, legs, arms, ect.) let's hope it's a good one, even if it is short!

Would I recommend it? More so than the first.


Review; Hooray! This book was a lot better than the last. The writing seemed to flow easier, the storyline was better, the character's personalities seemed a lot better. There are a lot more positive point about this book than the last!
It's not as if the writing changed overnight, and I'm suddenly a huge fan. Bits and bobs still reminded me of Twilight, but less so. It seemed to take off in it's own direction. Some things I predicted, though I wasn't really given any clues. It seems I'm more engulfed in the story. I'm now actually intrigued to find out rather than feel obliged to as no matter how bad a series I just can't discard it!
Lexi was less "I'm fat boo hoo, now I'm gorgeous yay!" and more "Don't mess with me bitch or I'll rip your head off!" Okay, so both of those are over exaggerated, but she was a more likeable character in this book. Even with the hardships she has to deal with (which still felt a little bit down played to me!)
The story seems to move pretty fast, and that's with both the first and second book. I don't mind a fast paced story now and again, though I understand not all of you are into that, so that is another warning about this series.
This story seems to be getting better, I guess we'll find out after Hit The Road Jack, the third book! Happy Reading!

Would I recommend it? Now this is a difficult choice, would I recommend it? Or not? It is a different take on vampires for me, but I wasn't so sure about the writing in itself. Maybe for fans of books like Twilight, though saying that I enjoyed this book slightly more than the Twilight Series.


Review; My feelings with this book are rather mixed. The story line was different, (rare when it comes to vampires!) but the style of writing didn't draw me in. It's more of a book to try out when you have nothing else to read rather than a must read, but that's only my opinion. A few people loved and a few disliked it on Goodreads. Mixed feelings all around it seems. I'm sure I'd love this story if the writing was different.
The concept of a Vampeen is different in the novel world of vampires. I liked that it was something new, which is why I am going to carry on with the series, see where it goes. Whilst I didn't love this story, there were still things I liked about it. I'm not a fan of the Twilight Series, which this book reminded me of slightly, but there was something better about this first book in the series. If you dislike the Twilight series with a passion, it is probably best that you avoid this series even though it is better, it's not better by much. If you are a fan of Twilight you will most likely enjoy this series. It is a bit of a slow start though which is why I gave it three and a half stars rather than four.
Alexa complains far too much about her weight in my opinion, but I did like her friendship with Mel. I didn't like Mike from the beginning, I don't know why. Kellan is definitely the one to choose in my eyes! I hope if you pick up this book, you enjoy it more than I did. On to book two; Vamp Yourself For War!

Would I recommend this book? If you're looking for a short, quick read, then yes. Warning; this book involves sex.


Review; My main, and probably only issue with this book is that it is too short. You get enough information about everything. There are no plot holes. Still, for me, it ended to abruptly! As self published books go, I haven't read many. I'd been wanting to read Bewitching The Werewolf for a while, but I just hand't got around to it. The book did not disappoint me. I laughed out loud a few times, which is always good. The characters - though we don't get to see their whole personality as it is a short read - were good, funny, and almost realistic. If you like ebooks, and free things, then you should download, or read this book on smashwords, you won't regret it. This review - like the book - is short and sweet simply because you can't really go into the depth of such a short story.
